Meet Marchelle!
I’m originally from the northwest suburbs of Chicago and, no matter where life takes me, I’ll always consider myself a Midwesterner at heart. My love for theater sparked when I was 12, but it truly ignited at 17, during my time as a Cherub at Northwestern University’s National High School Institute.
That passion led me to New York, where I studied at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, specifically at the Atlantic School of Acting. Along the way, I discovered a love for travel, especially during a semester abroad in Madrid.
Since graduating, I’ve been fortunate enough to work steadily across theater, film, TV, and web series, along with various voiceover projects. Most recently, I completed the festival circuit with Black White and the Greys, an indie feature I co-wrote, co-directed, produced, and acted in, which is now available on Amazon, Tubi, GooglePlay, and YouTube after distribution from Indie Rights. Currently, I’m developing a TV pilot that I’m producing and acting in, alongside a short film I’m co-writing, producing, and acting in.
Travel remains a big part of my life—I’ve explored five continents and over 25 countries so far. This year, I’ve visited Bermuda, Bali, and Montreal, and I’m already excited for next year’s adventure in Brazil!
